Projects start at $2000. Send the form and you get a scope and a price range within a day, before any call. If the budget isn't there, you'll know right away instead of after 30 minutes on Zoom.
At some point you should. But hiring takes two to three months and you're paying a salary before you know exactly what needs designing. We're useful until that's clear, and we hand over a design system your future hire can pick up.
