Sollas starts every project with a paid test week for $1,000. It counts toward the project. After the test week you get a fixed scope and price.
Hire in-house when you know exactly what to design. Until then, Sollas designs and builds your screens in weeks and hands over a design system your hire can use. A founding designer costs $120k to $250k a year plus equity (job posts, October 2026).
