What is the process of working with you?
Book a quick call and we’ll show you our process in detail. You’ll be presented with a detailed deck that showcases our different stages of work.
How to get started?
The easiest way is to book a 20-minute call so you can learn about our process and we can learn about your goals.
What if the design doesn't meet my expectations?
If your design isn’t measurably helping your business achieve the desired KPIs, we will make another iteration of the design for free.
What will be delivered upon the project completion date?
You’ll receive a Figma file with all the design flows, assets, and a structured design system (depending on package). Additionally, we will provide a short instruction guide for your development or design team.
What is your refund policy?
Yes. We offer a full refund if the design is not delivered.
Will I be able to participate in the design process?
To keep you involved, we provide access to a Kanban board showcasing the ongoing process. Additionally, for real-time interaction and enhanced collaboration, you have the option to add our team to your Slack workspace.
